Refund Policy
At BABE LABEL, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bablabel.com. Returns must be sent to the correct address, which we will provide based on your location. We will give you specific return instructions via email.
Please ensure you request a return before sending any items back to us, as items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Occasionally, we may offer free size exchanges; if you need to exchange for size, please email us, and we’ll do our best to assist. For exchanges involving different variants, colors, or products, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Cancellation
Due to our automated warehouse system, cancellations are not possible once shipping labels have been generated and the items have been forwarded within 12 hours of ordering. If you notice any issues with your order (such as incorrect address details or sizes), please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist where we can.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@bablabel.com. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it as needed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@bablabel.com.
